In fact, a good injection moulds need to be maintained and protected in order to increase the life of the moulds and produce better products, special daily necessities moulds and so on. They also spray anti-rust agent inside the mould every time to prevent rust on the surface of the mould. If they are not used for a long time, some oil is recommended on the moving parts such as thimble and pusher board. The water way of the mould should be fully dried, otherwise the water way will rust, and the appearance can be brushed with paint to prevent rust.

PROTECTION IN PRODUCTION: Injection pressure, speed and other parameters should not be full, if full load is used, life will be much shorter, if there are flash or ejection difficulties, timely disassembly and inspection, so as to avoid the expansion of the problem.

We export the needle rod, oblique top and slider of the mould overseas to beat butter, because long-distance transportation will lead to rust of the mould, especially for several months to Brazil, then wrap the outside of the mould with fresh-keeping film to protect it, and then cover it with a non-fumigation wooden box.
